Esther Clarson
Since volunteering at a homelessness charity in Leicester while at university, Esther knew social housing was the career for her. Esther brings 30 years’ experience in social housing management and leadership to think together.
Esther has expertise in customer engagement and insight, co-design with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders. She has delivered successful outcomes in resident involvement, customer experience, complaints handling and income recovery. Esther is driven by a dedication to engage with people to cultivate positive outcomes.
Rachael Smart
Starting out in hospitality management via a surprising detour through aerospace procurement, Rachael realised this was not the path for her! An interest in social policy led to a graduate trainee role for a housing association.
Rachael brings 20 years of experience and senior leadership in social housing to think together. She has expertise in transforming customer feedback into tangible results, co-designing strategy and delivery models, culture change and business transformation. Rachael has an unwavering passion for making change happen.
